  • What age groups do you offer classes for?

    We offer classes for kids (ages 3-5), juniors (ages 6-11), teens and adults (ages 12+), and fitness kickboxing for all fitness levels. Our programs are designed to meet the needs of each age group, focusing on personal development, self-defense, and fitness.

  • Do I need any prior martial arts experience to join?

    No prior experience is needed! Our programs are designed to accommodate beginners as well as those with experience. Our instructors will guide you through the fundamentals and help you progress at your own pace.

  • What should my child wear to their first class?

    For the first class, your child can wear comfortable athletic clothing, such as a t-shirt and sweatpants. Once enrolled, they will need a uniform (gi), which we provide or can recommend where to purchase.

  • How does martial arts help with confidence and discipline?

    Martial arts teaches students to set goals, work hard, and develop a sense of achievement. Through consistent training, they gain confidence in their abilities and learn discipline by following structured lessons and respecting instructors and peers.

  • Can parents watch their child's classes?

    Yes! We encourage parents to watch their child's progress. We have a welcoming environment where families can see firsthand how martial arts helps children grow in confidence, focus, and discipline.

  • Is martial arts safe for young children?

    Absolutely! Our classes are designed with safety as a top priority, and our instructors are trained to work with young children in a controlled, structured setting. We teach techniques that promote coordination and confidence while ensuring a fun and engaging experience.

  • How often should my child attend classes?

    We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady progress. However, we offer flexible schedules so that families can find a routine that works best for them.

  • What are the benefits of kickboxing?

    Kickboxing provides an excellent full-body workout, helping to build endurance, strength, and flexibility. It’s also a great way to relieve stress, burn calories, and improve self-defense skills in a high-energy, motivating environment.

  • Do you offer trial classes?

    Yes! We offer a free trial class so you or your child can experience our training firsthand. This allows you to meet our instructors, try a class, and see if it’s a good fit before making a commitment.
